TiN displays very high abrasion resistance and low reactivity. Therefore tool wear is reduced due to cold welding.

The TiN coating enables the machining of hard steels and stainless steel (in contrast to HSS-Co for conventional steels).

Available as Set 490145TiN 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 + pin
